By Colin Kellaher
PNC Financial Services Group's board has raised the quarterly dividend by 3.2%, to $1.60 from $1.55, following through on a pledge made after the financial-services company passed regulators' annual stress test last month.
The new payout, equal to $6.40 a year, represents an annual yield of about 4.09% based on Tuesday's trading price of $156.50, up from 3.96%.
The Pittsburgh company said the increased dividend is payable Aug. 5 to shareholders of record July 15.
