U.S. Bancorp Vice Chair of Consumer, Business Banking Welsh Leaving

U.S. Bancorp on Thursday said Timothy Welsh, vice chairman of consumer and business banking, is leaving the U.S. Bank parent to focus on his community activities and other career interests.
U.S. Bancorp said Welsh, who joined the Minneapolis company in 2017, will remain in his post until the end of July and then serve as an adviser to President Gunjan Kedia until early October.
U.S. Bancorp said Arijit Roy will assume an expanded role leading its consumer and business banking products organization, reporting to Kedia.
Roy, 47 years old, joined the company in 2022 and was previously head of consumer segment and solutions.
