Kale Kolbe joins Crux Capital from Kainos Capital, where he served as an Associate, specializing in the food and consumer products sector. During his time at Kainos, Kale partnered with management teams on growth initiatives and supported the evaluation of numerous manufacturing, distribution, and branded consumer product businesses. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Consumer, Food & Retail Group. Kale will focus on evaluating, executing, and monitoring investment opportunities at Crux, working closely with portfolio companies to drive long-term value creation.

Christopher Herrod brings his experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cowen, where he worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions in the services sector. Christopher’s responsibilities at Crux Capital will include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies through growth and operational strategies.
