BIA/OC to Co-Host Future Housing & Sustainability Conference and Rock Show with Moulton Niguel Water District and the Orange County Realtors
The Building Industry Association of Southern California Orange County Chapter (BIA/OC) has announced that it will co-host the highly anticipated Future Housing & Sustainability Conference with Moulton Niguel Water District and the Orange County Realtors (OCR). The event will take place on August 20, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Moulton Niguel Water District in Laguna Hills, California.
Conference attendees can expect a robust agenda of multiple panels featuring a mix of state-level and local experts and elected officials addressing topics including:
- The Future of Housing & Real Estate
- Energy & Sustainability
- Orange County Infrastructure
- Housing Policy & Politics
Conference speakers will include: Joaquin Esquivel (Chair, California State Water Resources Control Board); Duane D. Cave (President, Moulton Niguel Water District); Jordan G. Levine (Senior VP & Chief Economist, California Association of Realtors®); Donald Wagner (Orange County Supervisor); Austin Lumbard (Mayor, City of Tustin); Alex Rounaghi (Mayor Pro Tem, City of Laguna Beach); Wendy Bucknum (Council Member, City of Mission Viejo); Tom Grable (Chairman, CBIA & Division President, Tri Pointe Homes); and more.
Following the conference, attendees are invited to the “Out of this World” Rock Show, an exclusive, private performance featuring Tommy DeCarlo, the lead vocalist for Boston, held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Coach House in San Juan Capistrano, California. A special VIP “pre-concert” party with hosted bar and apps begins at 5:00 p.m., and doors open at 6:00 p.m.
