By Elena Vardon
Vinci agreed to buy two electrotechnical integrators specialized in the maritime sector as it strengthens its industrial portfolio in the Netherlands.
The French construction and infrastructure company said Monday that its subsidiary Vinci Energies agreed to buy RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht. The two companies, which are owned by the same shareholder, had around 620 employees in 2023 and generated around 160 million euros ($175.6 million) in annual revenue that year, it said.
Vinci Energies has 3,900 employees in the Netherlands and made around 900 million euros in revenue in 2023 in its four business lines.
The deal is expected to close before the end of the year, it added. The group didn't disclose financial details.
