In Europe, the corporate sustainability disclosure standard (CSRD) is making a lot of headlines, but meanwhile the International Sustainability Standards Board is making progress rolling out what aims to be the global sustainability reporting baseline for capital markets: the ISSB Standards. Global investors and other users of sustainability data are keen to see regulations and standards alignment convergence, to lower the reporting burden and to increase transparency and comparability. How are we doing on convergence of reporting regulations?
