By Pierre Bertrand

LVMH has sold Off-White, the company that owns the Off-White luxury streetwear brand, to New York-based brand management company Bluestar Alliance.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, the companies said late Monday.

The French luxury-goods group in July 2021 agreed to acquire a 60% majority stake in the company with Off-White founder Virgil Abloh holding the remaining 40%.

Off-White was founded in 2012.
