Volvo Board Member Joachim Rosenberg Resigns

STOCKHOLM--Volvo's Joachim Rosenberg resigned from his roles as board member, executive vice president of strategic initiatives and president of Volvo Energy.
The Swedish truck maker said Rosenberg's managerial assignments within the group will be distributed to other members of the board.
Joachim Rosenberg has been with the Volvo Group for 20 years and served as member of the board for 13 years. His resignation is effective as of Tuesday.
