The company will provide brand licensing to marketers in states such as Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Ryan Ebright, manager of branded sales for Phillips 66, said the expansion will "usher in an era of growth and opportunity" for the company's branded network.
Licensees access image programs, flexible supply options, the Fuel Forward Mobile App and other marketing programs for the recognized brands.
There are 7,500 sites branded Phillips 66, 76 or Conoco across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico and Guam.
