Reckitt Begins Talks for $7.9 Billion Disposal of Homecare Assets, Bloomberg Reports
-- Consumer-goods company Reckitt Benckiser is in early discussions with potential suitors for the sale of its homecare assets, in a deal that could be worth more than 6 billion pounds ($7.9 billion), Bloomberg reports citing people familiar with the matter.
-- The company is working with Morgan Stanley to evaluate the potential sale of brands including Airwick air fresheners and Cillit Bang cleaners, and a formal sale process could start within months and be completed in 2025, according to Bloomberg.
