Deutsche Boerse Supervisory Board Chairman Martin Jetter to Resign Next Year

By Ian Walker

Deutsche Boerse said Supervisory Board Chairman Martin Jetter will resign next year after five years in the role and that it will now start the search for his replacement.

The exchange operator said Tuesday that Jetter will resign after next year's annual general meeting. He was appointed to the supervisory board in 2018 and elected as its chairman in 2020 and 2024.

"Next year, I will have led the supervisory board for five years and all the challenges that existed and were foreseeable were overcome. The company is stable in terms of personnel and business, and is on the right track," Jetter said.
