3M Names Anurag Maheshwari Chief Financial Officer
By Colin Kellaher
3M has hired Anurag Maheshwari as the conglomerate's finance chief, plucking the executive from elevator maker Otis Worldwide.
3M on Wednesday said Maheshwari is joining the St. Paul, Minn., company as executive vice president and chief financial officer on Sept. 1 to succeed Monish Patolawala, who left to become finance chief at grain trader Archer Daniels Midland.
3M said Maheshwari, 50 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $1.05 million, a hiring bonus of $3.15 million and a target annual bonus opportunity of $1.16 million.
Otis last week said Maheshwari, who has been chief financial officer since August 2022, would leave later this month to pursue another opportunity.
