Sempra Says Kevin Sagara to Resign as VP, Group President

Sempra said Monday that Kevin C. Sagara will resign as vice president and group president effective Dec. 1.
Sagara will also resign as chairman and director of the company's Southern California Gas subsidiary, Sempra said.
The energy infrastructure company said Sagara oversaw the utility's infrastructure businesses, San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas. Prior to that, he was president of Sempra Renewables.
