Federman & Sherwood Investigates ERLC, LLC d/b/a Elitecare Emergency Hospital for Data Breach
The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into ERLC, LLC d/b/a Elitecare Emergency Hospital (“Elitecare”) with respect to their recent data breach. On August 16, 2024, Elitecare notified the Attorney General of Texas of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Elitecare has not yet released details regarding the incident, nor have they issued notices to affected individuals.

- address
- driver’s license number
- medical information
- health insurance information
