(NYSE: NOG) (“NOG” or the “Company”) announced today that it plans to issue its second quarter 2024 financial and operating results on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, after the market closes. Additionally, the Company will host a conference call on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
