GE Vernova: Long-Term Targets Appear Too Conservative; Raising Fair Value Estimate

We are raising our fair value estimate for GE Vernova to $182 from $155 after revisiting our long-term financial forecast. The primary drivers of our increased valuation is higher revenue growth assumptions for the company's gas power business and higher long-term profit margins. Despite our increased outlook, we view shares as fairly valued in light of outperformance to date.
