Envestnet Earnings: Mixed Trends in Wealth, Yodlee Continues to Struggle

With the pending acquisition by private equity firm Bain Capital and Reverence Capital, Envestnet’s release of second-quarter financial results did not affect the firm’s stock price much. We will maintain our narrow moat rating and are updating our fair value estimate to $63 per share as we do not foresee any material hurdles to the deal closing.
