Continental: Automotive Spin Off - A Positive Change in Strategic Direction

Continental is evaluating a spinoff of 100% of its automotive segment via a public listing on the Frankfurt stock exchange. Existing Continental shareholders will wholly own the new company. A final decision regarding the spinoff is expected during the fourth quarter, with submission for approval at the company’s annual general meeting in April 2025, with the aim of finalizing the transaction by the end of 2025. We are maintaining our fair value estimate and moat rating.
