BlackRock: Purchase of Preqin Boosts Private Market Capabilities; No Change to FVE

We were not too surprised to see wide-moat BlackRock announce it is acquiring Preqin, one of the largest providers of private-market data. However, we don't anticipate the deal having much of an impact on our $850 per share fair value estimate.
