We are initiating coverage of Kongsberg Gruppen with a wide moat and fair value estimate of NOK 630 per share, backed by a higher share of aftermarket revenue in maritime for vessels upgrades and expected increases in defense spending amid growing global threats. Shares are trading at our fair value estimate.
