The estate in Santa Ynez features a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, plus guesthouse and horse facilities
Olivia Newton-John's widower, John Easterling, has listed the couple's 12-acre SoCal estate for $8,965,000, according to People magazine.
The estate in Santa Ynez features a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with 4,452 square feet of living space.
The "Grease" star reportedly spent her final days here with her family before she died of breast cancer in August 2022. She was 73.
"Olivia and I made many wonderful memories at our home in Florida and the ranch in California," Easterling told People. "The Indian Way Ranch in Santa Ynez is a spectacular property where I can see a new family having great nature adventures and relishing the life experience."
The property last changed hands in 2015 for $4,690,000.
With its amenities, spacious layout, and picturesque surroundings, the ranch is ideal for "summer nights," and may win you over after you take a look.

Though built in 1975, the main house has a contemporary design.
The massive great room has a wood-beamed arched ceiling, and the chef's kitchen has a double center island and light-wood cabinets.

Perfect for a large family, the layout includes a home office and a game room.

Gorgeous guesthouse
Visitors can stay in style in the two-bedroom guesthouse, which has tile flooring and French doors to the backyard.
The estate comes with a barn, stable, riding arena, and pastures. There's also a pool, outdoor kitchen, and four-car garage.
Newton-John's musical and acting career began in the 1960s, when she recorded her first single and became a regular on Australian TV shows, including "Time for Terry."
In 1978, she starred alongside John Travolta in "Grease," which was the highest-grossing musical film at the time with a soundtrack that is still one of the world's bestselling albums. She won four Grammys throughout her career and sold over 100 million records.
The property is listed with Carey Kendall of Village Properties.
