Michele Beilman is a long-standing executive with Matlen Silver, rising through the ranks from recruiter to Senior Vice President for Regional Sales and Operations and eventually managing the daily operations and administration as COO. With her strong sales background and penchant for building strategic relationships, she will continue to grow the Matlen Silver portfolio, cementing Matlen Silver’s leadership position in the industry.

During Michele Beilman’s tenure as COO, Matlen Silver has continued to close new business, while simultaneously launching numerous culture-driven programs for employee engagement and recognition.
