Rio Tinto Bids to Acquire Arcadium Lithium

Arcadium Lithium and Rio Tinto both confirmed a Reuters report that Rio is in talks to acquire Arcadium. With no deal announced, we will maintain our $10 fair value estimate for narrow-moat Arcadium and GBX 5,500 ($72) for no-moat Rio.
