We maintain our narrow moat rating on Equinix, which stems from switching costs and network effect. The firm's highly connected ecosystem of data centers is a common meeting place for different parties, including enterprises, cloud vendors, and network and internet service providers. The economics of this ecosystem continue to improve as it grows, offering customers cost savings on data transmission and connection while Equinix can realize incremental revenue from its provided services.
