SSE: Confirms Fiscal 2025 Outlook; Shares Cheap

We confirm our GBX 2,250 fair value estimate after SSE released the notification of its closed period ahead of the publication of its fiscal first-half 2025 due on Nov. 13. It guided for first-half adjusted EPS of more than GBX 45 and confirmed the fiscal 2025 divisional guidance that it set last May. We view the shares as undervalued while the group is well positioned to benefit from the acceleration of the energy transition in the UK.
