Emerson Earnings: Process and Hybrid Remain Solid but Discrete Faces Slower Recovery

We are maintaining our $115 per share fair value estimate for wide-moat-rated Emerson after the company reported its fiscal third-quarter results. We've made some puts and takes in our model, but our slightly more muted near-term revenue growth expectations, which reflect a more protracted recovery in discrete automation, were offset by time value of money.
