Business Strategy and Outlook

Charter Hall Retail REIT owns or partially owns an Australian portfolio of about 50 convenience-focused shopping centers, and several hundred service stations leased to BP, and Ampol in Australia, Gull in New Zealand. More than half of rent comes from tenants we view as unlikely to ever miss rental payments.

How we make money

Our investment management business generates asset-based fees, which are calculated as a percentage of assets under management. We also sell both admissions and sponsorship packages for our investment conferences and advertising on our websites and newsletters.
