Entergy: Analyst Day Supports Our Growth Outlook; One of Cheapest Utilities

We are raising our fair value estimate for Entergy to $126 from $123 after management released a five-year $33 billion capital investment plan at its analyst day June 7. This was slightly higher than our forecast and gives us more confidence in our 7% annual earnings growth outlook at least through 2029. We are reaffirming our narrow moat rating.
