Exelon: Illinois Regulators Create Contentious and Unconstructive Environment; Fair Value Estimate Lowered to $38

We are lowering our fair value estimate for Exelon to $38 per share from $40, after Exelon received its Illinois rate case decision for its ComEd subsidiary, the first under recent legislation that supported traditional ratemaking.
