Steris Ends Fiscal Year on Solid Footing With Cantel Purchase About to Close; Shares Sensibly Priced

Narrow-moat Steris ended the fiscal year in transition with the Cantel acquisition expected to close on June 2. We are maintaining our fair value estimate at $182, and we view shares as fairly valued following the stock’s recent slide.
