Actress Jameela Jamil and singer James Blake are still trying to sell their L.A. home-now for $6.35 million

They'll likely take a loss on the sale at that price

Actress Jameela Jamil and her longtime partner, singer James Blake, are making another attempt to sell their Los Angeles home, putting it back on the market for the third time since February. This time, they've slashed $850,000 from the original asking price.

The five-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom mansion was first listed for $7.2 million in February; however, after failing to entice a buyer, Jamil and Blake cut the price by $205,000 in March.

That asking price was changed yet again in June, when it was relisted-this time for just under $6.5 million.

Again, the couple failed to secure any concrete interest and, by the end of July, the listing had been removed altogether.

But now, Jamil and Blake are back in the real estate action, cutting the price of the 6,934-square-foot home yet again in the hopes of finally offloading it. The latest asking price? $6.35 million, which means the couple will likely take a loss on the sale.

Jamil and Blake purchased the home in 2022 for $6.5 million, meaning they could lose $150,000-or more, if they are forced to slash the price yet again.

The modern masterpiece saw a recent renovation and now sparkles with gorgeous finishes and breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline and canyons below. Elegant and refined, the great room is open to the outside and boasts a fireplace and reading nook by an enormous picture window.
