Macquarie Asset Management to Invest Up to $1.73 Billion in D.E. Shaw Renewable Investments

Macquarie Asset Management has acquired a significant minority stake in the operator of renewable energy projects D.E. Shaw Renewable Investments.
The global asset manager on Tuesday said it is making an investment of up to $1.73 billion to enable D.E. Shaw's and its energy transition platform to continue growing.
The transaction is subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
