Campari CEO Matteo Fantacchiotti Resigns
By Adria Calatayud
Aperol maker Davide Campari-Milano said Chief Executive Matteo Fantacchiotti resigned from his role, less than a year after his appointment, due to personal reasons.
Fantacchiotti became CEO of the Italian aperitif maker in April this year, taking the reins from longtime chief Bob Kunze-Concewitz.
Campari named Paolo Marchesini, chief financial and operating officer, and Fabio Di Fede, general counsel and business development officer, as interim co-CEOs.
Marchesini and Di Fede will also be members of a leadership-transition committee chaired by Kunze-Concewitz, the company said.

Corrections & Amplifications
This story was corrected at 0640 GMT. The original version incorrectly said Fantacchiotti's resignation came a little over a year after his appointment in the lead and that he became CEO in April last year in the second paragraph. Mr. Fantacchiotti resigned less than a year after his appointment and he became CEO in April this year.
