LVMH Acquires L'Epee 1839 Owner Swiza

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton expanded its watches division by acquiring Swiza.
Swiza owns L'Epee 1839, a Swiss manufacturer of high-end clocks and so-called "objets d'art," the company said.
The owner of the Louis Vuitton, Dior and Celine brands didn't disclose financial details.
