Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries has agreed to invest $1.4 billion into the joint venture. "Disney to Form India Joint Venture, Valued at $8.5 Billion," at 8:46 a.m. ET incorrectly said Reliance Industries has agreed to invest $1.8 billion into the joint venture.
