Genuit Appoints Tim Pullen as Interim CFO
By Anthony O. Goriainoff
Genuit Group said Friday that Tim Pullen will join the company as interim chief financial officer on Sept. 4.
The U.K. provider of water, climate and ventilation products said current CFO Paul James will step down on Sept. 30.
Although Pullen will report to the board, he won't be appointed as a statutory board director, the company said. Pullen has served as CFO previously, including at IQE and at Arm Ltd.
"The Board is making good progress in its process to select a permanent successor and an appointment will be announced in due course," it said.
Shares at 0843 GMT were down 0.50 pence, or 0.2%, at 318.50 pence.
