Federman & Sherwood Investigates siParadigm LLC for Data Breach
The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into siParadigm LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On June 11, 2024, siParadigm detected an incident involving unauthorized access to siParadigm’s computer network. siParadigm immediately initiated its incident response, engaged additional third-party experts, and commenced an investigation. The specialized third parties secured siParadigm’s environment, hardened and enhanced its network security, and completed a digital forensic investigation to determine the extent of unauthorized activity within siParadigm’s network. The investigation determined that the following information was assessed: individual’s name, Social Security number date of birth, address and medical information.
