Chris Mast Joins Alliant to Support Employee Benefits Efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region
Veteran actuary and producer to drive strategic growth and innovation in employee benefits across region
Chris Mast has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, Producer within its Employee Benefits Group. With two decades of experience in consulting employers across various industries, Mast brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to Alliant’s expanding operations in the Rocky Mountain region.
In his new role, Mast will leverage his deep understanding of plan design and funding strategies to help employers navigate the complexities of healthcare plans. His focus will be on crafting innovative programs that not only meet the diverse needs of today’s workforce but also enhance companies’ ability to attract and retain top talent in an increasingly competitive labor market.

Before joining Alliant, Mast served as a Health Practice Leader for a global brokerage firm, where he honed his skills in leading large-scale benefits initiatives and driving impactful results for clients. Mast holds a bachelors degree in mathematics with a minor in economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a licensed health and life insurance producer.
