On July 31, 2024, Brown Capital Management announced that Andrew Fones tendered his resignation and will depart on Aug. 31, 2024, "to take his career in a new direction." The firm's Small Company team, of which Fones is a member, is in a good position to carry on for now, so its People rating remains High, though the departure is part of a worrisome series of recent events at Brown Capital.
