When is the event?
This year's event will take place on Tuesday 2 September at Sandton Convention Centre
We will also be hosting this conference in Cape Town on Thursday 4 September and will held at Cape Town International Convention Centre. If you would prefer to attend this event, please visit our Cape Town website for more information and to register your place.
When will registration be opening?
We will be opening registration in March, so stay tuned for your invite. If you would like to receive updates on the event, please reach out to us and we'll ensure you receive a priority invite.
Will this event be hosted anywhere else?
Yes! This year, we will host the Morningstar Investment Conference in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. Information for the Cape Town location can be found on its website.

CPD Certificates
How many points can I earn at MICSA?
Each year, we apply for CPD approval from Financial Planning Institute of South Africa. Usually our agenda is approved for in the region of 4.5-5.5 CPD hours.
What do I have to do to earn CPD for a session?
Attend the entire session; you'll only qualify for points if you stay from beginning to end.
When will I receive my CPD certificate?
All CPD certificates will be sent to attendees within 4 weeks of the end of the event, so by end of September 2025.
