On Sept. 10, no-moat Southwest Airlines announced the retirement of seven of its 15 board directors, including Chairman and former CEO Gary Kelly, to take place over the next seven months, as well as the formation of a new board committee to oversee the business strategy and finances and plans to appoint four new directors yet to be named. We have not altered our forecasts or fair value estimate as a result of the changes.
