Our key takeaway from Lithium Argentina's second-quarter results was the company remains on track with the ramp-up of its first project, Cauchari-Olaroz. Management guided to the project remaining operating cash flow positive even amid cyclically low lithium prices as unit production costs continue to fall and quality improves, which reduces the company's realized pricing discount versus China battery grade spot prices.
