KKR Earnings: Slightly Better-Than-Expected Results as Equity and Credit Markets Recover

While there was little in narrow-moat KKR's second-quarter results that would alter our long-term view of the firm, we expect to increase our $93 per-share fair value estimate slightly to reflect ongoing improvements in the company's results. That said, even with the adjustment in our fair value estimate, we consider the shares (which are trading at 30 times trailing year adjusted earnings) to be overvalued.
