Burberry Hires New Chief Creative Officer With Strong Track Record; Shares Attractive

We are retaining our fair value estimate for narrow-moat Burberry following the generally anticipated appointment of Daniel Lee as chief creative officer. We view shares as attractive at current levels, trading at a 20% discount to our fair value estimate in 4-star territory.
