Hardship Withdrawal

Hardship withdrawal is an early withdrawal from your defined contribution plan that is allowed because of a pressing financial need.

Expenses that typically qualify for hardship distributions include the purchase of your home and tuition payments due within the next 12 months. Taxes and penalties still apply.
